The family run Golfhotel Berner is quietly located at a beautiful centrally located spot. The unique tranquil position, the panoramic views over the village and lake and the typical Austrian charm is what makes the Berner so popular among the many regular guests.
The spacious lounge and hotel bar await you full of harmony and comfort – it’s the special “get together” for a cheerful drink at the end of a venturesome, gorgeous day. You will certainly enjoy our excellent cuisine in our residents - only restaurant. The served dishes are carefully prepared with mainly local products. Daily you can look forward to a cold / warm breakfast buffet, a cake trolley in the afternoon and two 5 course dinners to choose from in the evening.
The heated outdoor pool (summer 27 °C) with entrance from the conservatory and the large sun terrace are highly appreciated. There is also a steam bath and sauna. Massage on request. In spring 2009 all rooms were completely refurbished and modernized. They have now all a balcony with great views, mostly with lounge or sitting area, bath, cable- TV, flat screen, telephone, mini-bar, tea-facilities, free wireless Lan, safe, hairdryer and bath robe. Garage and car park are on private premises.

New in Summer 2010: All our guests receive the new "Zell am See - Kaprun Card" for free upon check-in! With this card, our guests are entitled to use most infrastructure for free in Zell am See - Kaprun. This comprises all operating cable-cars and chair-lifts in Zell am See and Kaprun, the cruise on the lake, public bus transport between Zell am See and Kaprun, all lidos at the lake, the transport up to the High Alpine Dams in Kaprun, the entrance to the National Park Museeum in Mittersill and the waterfalls in Krimml and many more.
