Well known as a shopping centre and home to about 10.700 inhabitants. Due to the beautiful and convenient location in the heart of the Salzburger Land, Sankt Johann is an ideal starting point for numerous hiking tours to alpine pastures and huts as well as for sightseeing and day trips in the region.
