The location of Golf Club Gut Altentann, in the heart of the Salzburg Alps, is exceptional for its natural beauty as well as its conception.
Since January 99 Gut Altentann Golf Club is part of the very exclusive association: Leading golf Courses Austria and Finest Golfclubs
The golf course is an 18-hole regulation golf course, designed by the world-renowned architect Jack Nicklaus, and sets a new standard of excellence in the region.
In 1990 - 1992 the Austrian Open was staged at the course.

DirectionsFrom Munich: Take A1 towards Vienna, exit Wallersee, continue to Henndorf, take 2nd exit Henndorf, follow the signs.
Coming from Vienna: highway A 1 – highway exit Thalgau. In the exit turn sharp to the left and drive 4 kilometres uphill towards Henndorf before you enter the village turn right to the golf course.
