Traditional, healthy dishes and vegetarian meals are also on offer and the Sous-Chef is also a trained dietary chef and therefore has a complete understanding of the special demands of his sport-loving guests. A daily salad buffet and a big selection of healthy dishes, rich in carbohydrates are also included.
